Here is my newest manip, also done in paint... I've been pretty sick these pst few days, so please forgive that fact this is mostly cut and paste. It took me almost 4-hours, because I'm so tiered... enough about me, on to the pic.
I chose to name the Mermaid Mira, because it means "sea and ocean". I found the name at (behindthename.com).
